Flat in the center of Alicante. Ten minutes walk to the beach (The Postiguet) and marinas. Very well connected by bus, train nearby. long distance train and airport. All kinds of shops in the neighborhood. Five major shopping and leisure centers in the city.The flat is ready to house students (only during the course) in single rooms (There are five, two doubles and two with terrace). Fully furnished. It has a kitchen and two bathrooms, fully equipped. There is an automatic heater and natural gas. It has a lounge furnished with digital terrestrial TV and a terrace.It is a fourth floor without lift, but very comfortable with a ladder.
