We are a retired couple who live in a beautiful Townhome and interested in swapping houses for vacation and travel purposes. Our home is new and is very comfortable with many special amenities. All doors are over 36" wide (wheelchair accessible), only one level with no steps and paved parking. Our subdivision is strictly maintained, visually beautiful and very safe. Beautiful newly constructed Town Home with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 1200 square feet, with Courtyard. Master Bedroom has King Bed and master bath. Second Bedroom has custom crafted Double Bed Futon and is equipped as office, complete with computer and high speed internet access. Kitchen is state of the art with all appliances built in. Living and dining area is very open with lots of windows, large TV, cable, DVD, and fans are in every room. Garden and Courtyard are in front of home and concrete patio with gas grills, lounge chairs, are through French doors from Living Room.
