The apartment is situated in the hearth of Kreuzberg, one of the most active quarters of
Berlin for cultural and artistic activities.
The building is an ex-squat and represents a typical example of Berlin’s courtyard houses.
The interior court’s facades are decorated with an old American grapevine which emphasise
and remember the romantic aspect of the city.
The apartment is located on the courtyard’s site and is very quite even though it lies very closed to the Oranienstraße (this is a well known street because of the numerous pubs, bars)
