The house is situated on the west side of the valley in the hills, where wonderful walks are possible between the olive trees.The house is a duplex, our apartment of about 90 square meters is on the first floor with a lovely view.Our neighbors are fantastic and very polite.The house opens into the dining room, connected to the kitchen and the dining room (where there is a futon to do yoga and a double sofa bed).There are two bedrooms (one with two single beds - and a bunk bed).The bathroom is small but has a bathtub with shower.E 'available on PC, wi fi, washing machine and dishwasher (no television).The house has two terraces and a garden.

The house is ideal for those who like a quiet place, in the countryside, but also convenient to the city of Verona. A 15 minutes north you can reach the mountain resorts (Cerro Veronese, Bosco Chiesanuova) where winding lovely paths.
The city of Verona, known as the site of the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its urban structure and its architecture.

¿Como llegar?

The house is located in the district of Marčana, a fraction of the city of Verona in the north-east of the latter, in the Valpantena, approximately 6.71 kilometers from the center of Verona.
The house is situated on the west side of the valley in the hills.
The bus stop into the city center Verona is a 14-minute walk. Buses run every 30 'from 5 to 21 (line 31 and 510), every 45' after 21 (line 92).
