Lovely second house by the sea to offer.Situated in Tarquinia, more specifically in a residential aerea called Marina Velca,the house is split over two floor:- on the ground floor there are two gardends (back and front), a big living room with a double sofa bed, a little kitchen and a bathroom;- on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles, another bathroom and a balcony.there is also a private car space just in front of the entrance.The house is located just 100 mt away from the beach and it has all the main amenities nearby (bar, shops, restaurant and even a doctor during summer).Tarquinia is an interesting archeological town and it has cities like Rome or Viterbo and the international port of Civitavecchia easily reachable by car.
