Our house was built in 2008 and is in a heritage style with sandstone façade and a bullnose verandah. It has an extra large double garage which fits two cars and still has plenty of storage. We have a huge backyard which we are in the process of landscaping.The main bedroom is extra large and has extra large ensuite with extra long deep bath, separate shower, toilet and his/hers double vanity. There are also two separate his and hers walk-in robes.There is a double-sized lounge/TV room and a huge open-spaced living area with two French doors looking out onto the yard.We have an extra large modern kitchen with both underbench and overhead storage, a walk-in pantry.There is a study/computer room with French doors that open out onto the dining area.The rest of the living areas are down a separate corridor with plenty of linen cupboards:

Gawler is really the best of town and country as it has a heritage town centre as well as newly developed suburbs and is the gateway to the Barossa Valley (wine country). It is situated on the Gawler River and therefore offers many parks, nature reserves and bicycle tracks.

Our house is situated two streets up from the main street and is therefore in walking distance to all the shops and cafes as well as to the train station. Adelaide is juts over half hour drive or train away and other major shopping precincts are 10 to 20 minutes away.

¿Como llegar?

Gawler is about 40 kilometres north of Adelaide, just on the edge of the metropolitan area (suburbs).

What makes South Australia special?
Despite being smaller than some of the other capital cities Adelaide has a lot to offer, it is cheaper to live in and the roads are less congested. It still has plenty of beaches as well as mountain ranges. Plus the other capital cities are only an hour or so away by airplane and domestic flights are very cheap.
