The flat is in an eight floor, very light and charming, it has three rooms (one of them is an study with a bed), two bathrooms and full-equiped kitchen. It has two terraces, in one of them you can see the beach and the mountains and you can have lunch, sun-bathing..., the other is a small terrace in the kitchen. The building has gardens and swimming pool that is opened in summer. The house is in Marbella city close to the famous arch, only 5 minutes on foot from the beach and fifteen minutes on foot from city center.
