Paris : Flat 4 Persons On The Parc Montsouris
We live in a nice apartment east / west of 87 m2 in the 14th district of Paris. We are on the 4th floor with a splendid view of the Montsouris Park. The apartment has two bedrooms for the children, one with a single bed (120x190) side street / park and the other with a single bed (120x190) next tennis / garden. The adult room (160x200) is located near the living room with doors (side street / park) and has an office area with broadband internet connection. The living room couch is also a double bed (160x200). Our kitchen is separate and is located next tennis / garden. The lounge welcomes you for meals, listen to music, watch TV (cable) or enjoy the view on the Park.

This is a beautiful apartment, typically Parisian 1956, with parquet flooring in every room (except in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet). We have a concierge in the building as required.
2 points, however, should not be overlooked: the Gazan street can be quite busy during the day + summer in Paris can be very hot (we have some ventilators)!
