Small Furnished Flat In Brussels - Monolocale
Fully furnished flat of approx 26 sqm near the Parvis de Saint-Gilles. Just renovated, ground floor. Internet connection.One futon bed for 2 + 1 bunk bed for 1. Most suitable for 1 or 2 people for a longer stay. Ok for 2 with a child for a very short stay.I am Italian. I have been living in Brussels 2.5 years. I speak English, French, Italian, Spanish. I do not smoke. I am in my 40's, clean, respectful and responsible. I love animals but I also love to travel so I do not have any and the flat is not suitable for pets.No smokers. No pets.I would like to go to Firenze for 2-3 weeks.I am open to suggestions if you do not have a flat in Florence,I usually travel with my boyfriend, but not always.Apart from a 2-3 weeks stay in Florence, I am also interested in shorter stays in other places. I need an Internet connection most of the time.Looking forward to swapping with you !!

Inaspettata la bellezza di Bruxelles Gent (incredibile!) Brugge. Meravigliosa l'accoglienza dei nostri partners dello scambio.
Lo que más me gustó: Ottima ubicazione della casa,situata in un bel quartiere silenzioso, multietnico fornito di servizi,ristoranti, brasserie, trasporti a portata di mano. La casa è completamente attrezzata,comoda ,piacevole.

lo scambio è andato buonissimo. Alex si è impegnata molto per farci trovare cartine, descrizioni ecc. in casa. La casa era molto pulita e ben attrezzata.
Lo que más me gustó: senza scambio casa non sarei mai andata a Bruxelles, e la città vale un viaggio.
Lo que menos me gustó: Il tempo non era dei migliori, ma cosi ci siamo fatti anche vari musei. - Soggiorno eccellente! (06 nov 2012)

Bellissima esperienza! Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento più grande, provvisto di ogni confort, ma anche il monolocale è funzionale ed accogliente. Entrambe le case sono vicine al centro e ai mezzi pubblici, ottime per visitare la città!
Lo que más me gustó: L'ospitalità dei proprietari è straordinariamente ricca di attenzioni e di premure, ci hanno accolto come vecchi amici, grazie ancora Alessandra e Luc!!
Lo que menos me gustó: Assolutamente nulla, neanche la pioggerellina brussellese è riuscita a togliere piacere alla nostra permanenza!

Charleroi Airport - located at approx 1 hour from Brussels. that's where you land if you fly with Ryanair or Wizzair or other low-cost company. Ryanair buses run regularly, in correspondence with flights approx every half hour. You can take the Ryanair bus even if you flew with another low-cost company. Train also available from Airport to Charleroi and from Charleroi to Brussels.
